How do I pay you?
We will send you our bank details so that you can make the payments by wire transfer or find methods which will be convenient for both of us.


Will you be able to work with a rough artwork or image?
We have a separate art department which can work on these rough images or can modify the image given by you as per your request.


How do I get my finished embroidery design?
We will send the finished embroidery design to you by email.


In what format do i get the design from you?
It is based on the request from the customer, apart from which we will be providing in some of the commonly used formats like .DST, .DSB, .DSZ, .KSM,.EMP, etc.


How to we send order to you?
The artwork / image can be sent by e-mail or by fax along with the necessary description required as output .we would like to have the following details which will help us to serve you better:

a. Size (Please specify the width and height / or the measurement of either side proportionally increases or decreases.)

b. colour: Number of colors needed in the design.

c. starting and ending point: where do you want to start the design in case of digitizing work (corner /center etc. of the design.)

d. Material: on what kind of fabric will it be sewn on.

e. Format : Do inform us about the format in which you would like to receive the design( like .DST, .DSB, .DSZ, .KSM,.EMP, etc.,)

f. Others : Any special request are welcome .
